Operation of the feed pump of the internal water inlet drum filter
The feed pump of the internal water inlet drum filter is a device that pumps the material liquid to the storage tank. It uses a motor to drive a special-shaped impeller to continuously send the material liquid to the filter through the pipeline.
Before starting the feed pump, check the lubrication point of the lubrication point, the tightening of the bolts and the wear of the impeller. Check the concentricity of the coupling and the sealing packing. Whether the waterproof measures of the junction box are well. After the above inspection is normal, check the forward and reverse rotation of the electric motor (clockwise is forward and counterclockwise is reverse). After checking, turn on the feed pump power. Observe the operation of the mud pump. Observe whether there is a phenomenon that cables and hoses are entangled with the pump body, whether there is abnormal noise or vibration, if there is any above, stop and check. The pump body is perpendicular to the water surface under working conditions, and the hose should not be too long in the water. Since the pump body is an ordinary casting and is not resistant to acid and alkali corrosion, the pH value of the sewage should be controlled between 6-9 during use, and the feed pump should be used under strong acid and alkali. After use, lift the pump body out of the water to check whether the pump is abnormal.
